We make realistic penis prosthetics, for people who need and appreciate them the most. Our mission is to create wearable penis technology you can embody and feel as a natural extension of yourself.

Every design is sculpted by hand, custom made to fit you, and lovingly crafted in our little workshop on the south coast of England, UK. We exclusively use Smooth-On platinum silicone, which is skin-safe and certified by an independent laboratory.

After 15 years of penis sleeve and prosthetic experimentation, MANHUUD was conceived out of necessity in 2020. Our first concept - [glide] - was a revolutionary addition to the world of penis sleeves and continues to fuel inspiration and innovation across the industry. It was the world's first triple density penis sleeve and is still the only penis sleeve with a gliding foreskin.

Our inventive and unique engineering methods alchemise prosthetic solutions that consist of multiple densities of silicone and a fully customisable textured inner core for optimal fitting.

I was born with a rare condition called bladder exstrophy, meaning my bladder and other organs formed outside of my body. Complications and surgeries aside, I also had micropenis - a medical term for an unusually small penis.

As a teenager I suffered from severe penis anxiety, exaggerated by unrealistic expectations of ‘manhood’ - fed to me by pop culture, porn and social stigma. I tried everything to make my penis ‘normal’. From pills and pumps to stretching devices and jelqing techniques; needless to say, nothing worked. At the age of 21, I decided to have surgery in an attempt to ‘fix’ my penis.

This was the best-worst decision I have ever made. Worst, because my surgery meant I ended up permanently losing sensation and the ability to gain an erection. Best, because I awakened to the warped and limiting ideas I held about what it means to be a man; or indeed human.

Penis sleeves became the only way for me to get hard and have penetrative sex. I tried every product I could find, but none of the sleeves on the market fitted properly or felt real enough.

I eventually decided to take matters into my own hands. I’m on a mission to create the most realistic penis prosthetic concepts, that behave and feel as life-like as possible.

MANHUUD realistic penis sleeves have multiple layers of texture and are customised to fit you. They’re the penis sleeves I wish I’d had access to all those years ago, and I’m very happy to now share them with you!

Tomasz
[Sleeve Magician]

I joined Manhuud in January 2022. Jacques and I have been mates for about 15 years and I’m extremely excited to get stuck in to a project together!

I will initially be taking the lead on all things [uno] and [OG], so if these are the models you’re after, you’ll most likely be dealing with me!

I’m really looking forward to interacting with the members (har har!) of the varied communities here that intersect each other. It seems that, despite there being some amazing companies and products available already, we are still very much just scratching the surface of what is possible with these prosthetics. 

I’m excited at the prospect of being able to contribute in my own way to this burgeoning movement. I’ve learned so much already and to be able to provide enjoyment and empowerment for others with my work is a beautiful thing for me.

[Glide Guru]

I became part of the team in April 2024 and love that I get to work with close friends! After many months of training and learning the magic of silicone, I’m now making all the [glide] models for you guys.

I would say I’ve always been interested in sex and bodies. I’ve had an eclectic assortment of jobs, but never imagined myself creating realistic penises! I’m excited for my work to help many people in many different ways.

Some of my passions include: good music, technology, illustration/animation, raving, deep thinking and building things. I also love telling people in the pub what I’m up to - before pulling out a sleeve to show them!
