A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been manufactured and despatched.

2. Shipping Methods
MANHUUD LTD operates from England, United Kingdom. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail or an equivalent tracked courier service.
For international deliveries:
• Once your package leaves the United Kingdom, it is typically handed to a local postal or courier provider for final delivery
• Delivery handling and timeframes are then subject to that provider
All orders are securely packaged in a water-resistant padded envelope. Products are heat-sealed and include tamper-evident packaging.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected service.

Orders are shipped using the exact address provided at checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

If the address provided at checkout is incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot be processed by our shipping system (including where a valid shipping label cannot be generated), we may be unable to dispatch your order.

If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, or if a valid deliverable address is not provided, the order will not be fulfilled and no refund will be issued.

All United States orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed using a prepaid duties service (Postal Delivered Duties Paid — PDDP).
At checkout:
• An estimated 10% customs-duty charge is applied
• This covers import duties and handling fees via Royal Mail
MANHUUD LTD does not directly collect or remit U.S. customs taxes.

8. Customs Fees and Duties — Rest of World
International orders outside of the United States may be subject to additional charges.
These may include:

• Handling fees
These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Failure to pay required fees may result in the parcel being returned and additional shipping charges for redelivery.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note:
• Tracking updates may pause during transit or customs processing
• This does not indicate a lost shipment
After despatch, delivery details cannot be changed and shipments cannot be intercepted.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for:

• Lost parcels
• Damage caused in transit
• Actions taken by customs or third-party delivery services

11. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe.

We will assist with initiating a carrier investigation where applicable.
Replacement or reshipment is at our discretion and subject to the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.
