This shipping policy outlines how MANHUUD LTD (we / us / our) processes orders, the shipping methods we use, and important information regarding customs fees and delivery times.
Processing Time
Processing times vary for each product and fluctuate based on demand and production schedules. We provide estimated processing times on each product page and on our Shop page to keep you informed. Please check these estimates when placing your order to ensure you have the most accurate information regarding delivery expectations. While we strive to meet these timelines, we are not bound by fixed dates. In the event your order will be severely delayed, we will contact you directly. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been manufactured and despatched.
Shipping Methods
MANHUUD is based and located in England, United Kingdom. By default, we ship all orders via Royal Mail, using the fastest tracked service available. Once your package arrives in your country, your local postal service will take over responsibility for the delivery. Each order is packaged securely in a water-repellent black or white padded envelope, with your product(s) heat-sealed and accompanied by a tamper-evident sticker.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Address
Our system automatically generates postal labels based on the information you provide during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly and completely. We cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned orders due to inaccurate or missing address details.
Delivery Times
While we aim for prompt delivery of your order, delivery times may vary based on your location and the conditions of the postal service. Please allow additional time for international orders and during peak seasons.
Customs Fees and Duties
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes that are not included in your order total. MANHUUD cannot pay nor is responsible for these fees. It is your responsibility to check local customs regulations and to pay any applicable fees once your package arrives in your country. You will usually receive an email, text or prompt to your mailbox letting you know a fee is required in order to release your package from customs. Failure to pay these fees may result in your order being returned to us, which will incur additional shipping charges for redelivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information to monitor your package's progress. Please note that once despatched, it is impossible for us to intercept or change delivery details. It is normal for tracking information to show no movement for a week or so whilst being processed by customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Although it is extremely rare for packages to go missing or be returned to us, if you believe your order has been lost or damaged during transit, please contact us for assistance.
