MANHUUD products are:

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in size, finish, texture, and colour are inherent and expected.

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.

You will receive an automated “Order Received” email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance.

A contract is only formed when we manually confirm and accept your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to acceptance for any reason.

Where an order is cancelled prior to acceptance, a full refund will be issued.

6. Strict No Returns / No Refunds Policy

Due to the custom-made and intimate nature of our products:

7. Manufacturing Guarantee (21 Days)

We provide a 21-day guarantee from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects only.

To make a claim:

• You must contact us within 21 days of delivery
• You must provide clear photographic evidence

If a defect is confirmed:

• A replacement will be issued
• Replacement will match the original order specification only

This guarantee does not cover:

• Fit or sizing issues
• Measurement inaccuracies
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by use, misuse, or improper care
• Subjective dissatisfaction of any kind
• Natural or expected material variation
• Colour differences or perceived colour inconsistencies

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the way colours display across different screens and lighting conditions:

• Colour representation on the Website is for illustrative purposes only
• Exact colour matching is not guaranteed

We reserve the sole right to determine whether a reported issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

8. Customer Responsibility (Measurements & Specification)

You are solely responsible for:

• All measurements submitted
• Product configuration choices
• Ensuring suitability for your intended use

We are not responsible for fit outcomes.

We may, at our discretion, provide general guidance or suggestions based on prior customer experience. Such guidance is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation, guarantee, or assurance of outcome.

All final decisions remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

We accept no liability for outcomes resulting from reliance on such guidance.

9. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, or equivalent courier services.

For international orders, once the parcel leaves the United Kingdom, it will typically be transferred to the destination country’s local postal or delivery service (for example, USPS in the United States).

Risk transfers to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays once the parcel is in transit, including delays caused by courier processing, customs clearance, or local postal services.

Once dispatched, we have no control over the handling, routing, or delivery of the parcel.

10. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Shipping carriers require a formal investigation period before a parcel is declared lost.

During this investigation period:

• No replacement or refund will be issued

Once a parcel is officially confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier:

• We will remake and resend your order
• We will handle any claims with the carrier directly

Delays caused by customs, postal processing, or carrier backlogs do not qualify as lost shipments.

11. Delivery Address & Contact Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address at the time of ordering.

If an order cannot be processed or shipped due to incorrect, incomplete, or unprocessable address information:

• We are not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery

Where address details cannot be processed by our shipping system, we may attempt to contact you using the contact information provided.

If you do not respond within a reasonable timeframe:

• Once the product has been manufactured, our production obligation is considered fulfilled
• No refund will be issued

We are not liable for any resulting delay, non-delivery, or additional costs arising from incorrect or unconfirmed address details.

Any re-shipment of an order may be subject to additional charges.
