For optimal fitting, it’s important to measure your penis accurately and choose the correct inner core dimensions for your sleeve.
Below, you’ll find clear measurement tips, sizing terminology, and reference charts to help you understand your options and choose the most suitable fit accordingly.
In-between measurements?
Overlap of circumference measurements allow for personal needs and desires.
Extra soft shaft firmness = size ⬇️
Standard shaft firmness = size ⬇️
Extra support shaft firmness = size ⬆️
1️⃣ Measure entire length of your penis, at maximum erection / possible size
ED or phalloplasty 👉 gently extend your penis outward whilst measuring
Penis length 🟰 Inner core length
2️⃣ Measure your penis circumference, at maximum erection / possible size
Take the average from multiple areas
Convert penis circumference ➡️

✅ You now have your MANHUUD inner core length and diameter e.g. 5” x 1.1”
👉 Your MANHUUD inner core should be slightly narrower than your penis. This creates suction and gentle compression, allowing the sleeve to stay on securely

Tips
- Stand up whilst measuring yourself
- Measure using flexible tape, not a ruler
- Only measure your visible penis
- Do not push into any pubic fat or skin
- Measure top side length of your penis
- Measure a few times to be sure
- Ask a partner to help you measure
- Be honest with yourself, no shame here

At maximum size, measure and make note of the circumference of your penis at multiple areas. Then, add all your measurements together, and divide by how many times you measured.
For example:
5.25” ➕ 5.5” ➕ 5.75”

Proper sizing = great fit. There should be no empty space inside the sleeve when worn.
Erection varies is size?
Choose inner core dimensions that best represent how your erect / extended penis is most of the time.
💡If you choose to size up your inner core length you can use a [silver bullet] cavity cushion - to fill any gaps within the sleeve when worn.
