Diameter, generally it’s usually a good idea to size up when choosing Extra Support shaft firmness, and to size down when choosing Standard or Extra Soft. This is because the Extra Support silicone formula is less malleable, and fits a little tighter.

Length, if you opt to size down, you’ll likely fill the inner core, but there’s more of a chance the sleeve walls might not quite cover the entire length of your penis.

If you size up, there’s more of a chance the sleeve walls may want to extend past the base of your penis. This can be a little uncomfortable for long pubic hair, but work wonders for folks with ED or phalloplasty, as it creates a nice springy erection.

Generally, we do not recommend modifying our sleeves once made, as it can make them less durable. In particular, the Glide cannot be trimmed or adjusted once made. If you’d like your sleeve shortened, this can be done during the manufacturing process.

Our Extra Soft silicone formula is our most malleable and tactile shaft firmness option, and provides you and your partner with the most heightened feeling of ‘closeness’ of the three choices available. This option is not suitable if you need your sleeve to provide you with extra rigidity.

Extra Support is useful for when you need that bit of extra rigidity, and our Standard option is a tactile and adaptive option that sits between the other two.

Unfortunately, we cannot alter the external dimensions of our sleeves at this time, except by shortening them at the base.

As an example: you might find that the base of your penis would qualify as one diameter, and the head another. In this situation, it might be necessary for us to make you a tailored custom core to ensure comfortable fitting. Please contact us if this is the case.
