When in between sizes for core diameter, as a general rule, it’s usually a good idea to size up when choosing Extra Support shaft firmness, and to size down when choosing Standard or Extra Soft. This is because the Extra Support silicone formula is less malleable, and fits a little tighter.
When in between sizes for core length, if you opt to size down, you will likely find that you fill the core, but there may be a small gap at the base of your penis where the sleeve does not cover all the way to your torso.
If you size up, you may find that you fill the core out more than expected. MANHUUD sleeves work by applying gentle suction when worn, meaning the penis can be drawn away from the pubic bone slightly.

Generally, we do not recommend modifying our sleeves once made, as it can make them less durable. In particular, the Glide cannot be trimmed or adjusted once made. If you’d like your sleeve shortened, this can be done during the manufacturing process.

Our Extra Soft silicone formula is our most malleable and tactile shaft firmness option, and provides you and your partner with the most heightened feeling of ‘closeness’ of the three choices available. This option is not suitable if you need your sleeve to provide you with extra rigidity.
Extra Support is useful for when you need that bit of extra rigidity, and our Standard option is a tactile and adaptive option that sits between the other two. -
Unfortunately, we cannot alter the external dimensions of our sleeves at this time, except by shortening them at the base.

As an example: you might find that the base of your penis would qualify as one diameter, and the head another. In this situation, it might be necessary for us to make you a tailored custom core to ensure comfortable fitting. Please contact us if this is the case.
Usage

MANHUUD penis sleeves work best with good quality water-based lubricant. Avoid silicone-based lube.

MANHUUD penis sleeves can easily be fitted to sex toys and dildos. Just be sure to measure your toy correctly!

Although the sleeve is non-porous and designed to prevent fluid leakage, it has not been tested or approved for use as a form of contraception.

We generally recommend starting with an Uno or OG model if you're new to custom penis sleeves. The Glide models have moving parts and a more tricky fitting method. It's also good to get an understanding of what inner core dimensions work for your penis size and situation with a ‘static’ sleeve, before investing in a Glide.

MANHUUD sleeves do work when you do not have an erection, provided they are sized correctly. For example if you measure yourself and size your sleeve for when your penis is flaccid, the fit is likely to become too tight when you do have an erection. Conversely, when sizing for when fully erect, if you were to attempt to use the sleeve without an erection, the fit would likely be much too loose. Manhuud sleeves work by applying gentle suction when worn, so a snug fit is paramount.

It’s important to clean your sleeve with hot, soapy water after each use, and leave it to air dry.
To keep your sleeve in tip-top shape, consider applying a light layer of corn starch over the surface when dry.

We can ship mostly anywhere. If your country does not appear when entering your shipping details, please contact us.

Our sleeves are packaged in a black, padded envelope. There are no details on the exterior packaging that indicate exactly what is inside. Inside the envelope, your sleeve will be contained within a black, resealable pouch, which does have some branded stickers attached. These are not visible from the outside.

As this is a hygiene-sensitive item, we’re unable to accept returns. If you encounter any manufacturing-related issues, we’ll do our best to resolve them promptly.

All our sleeves are custom, and handmade to order, so we do not carry any standing stock. Production times for each sleeve can be found on their respective product pages. Static sleeves are usually manufactured and posted within a week of ordering, depending on how busy we are. Glide models are more complicated, and therefore take longer to manufacture.
We are based in southern England, and all UK orders are sent with 24 hour delivery.
Orders to Europe and beyond generally take around two weeks to arrive, depending on how long they are held at customs. Sometimes, the time taken can be much less than this. -
We’re unable to undervalue packages, as this would violate customs regulations.
