By placing an order with MANHUUD LTD, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to both this Returns Policy and our full Terms & Conditions.

1. Strict No Returns / No Refunds Policy
Due to the custom-made and intimate nature of our products:
• All sales are final
• No returns are accepted
• No refunds are issued
• No exchanges are offered
This applies to all orders without exception, including but not limited to:
• Incorrect sizing
• Measurement errors
• Change of mind
• Subjective dissatisfaction
• “Item not as expected”
• Differences in appearance, feel, or performance
• Colour variation or perceived inconsistency
By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this policy.
This policy applies regardless of payment method and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.

2. Custom-Made Product Basis
All MANHUUD products are:
• Made to order
• Manufactured to customer-specific measurements and specifications
• Handcrafted using silicone-based materials
• Produced for intimate personal use
As such, they are not eligible for return once production has commenced or the product has been delivered, except where required under applicable law.
Due to the handcrafted production process, minor variations in size, finish, texture, and colour are inherent and do not constitute defects.

3. Manufacturing Guarantee (21 Days)
We provide a 21-day manufacturing guarantee from the date of delivery for verified manufacturing defects only.
To submit a claim:
• You must contact us within 21 days of delivery
• You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue
• You must provide any additional information reasonably requested to assess the claim
If a defect is confirmed:
• A replacement will be issued
• The replacement will match the original order specification only
We will work with you in good faith to review and resolve any verified manufacturing issues promptly.

4. What Is Not Covered
The manufacturing guarantee does not cover:
• Fit or sizing issues
• Measurement inaccuracies or customer input errors
• Subjective dissatisfaction or change of mind
• Expectations relating to performance or personal experience
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by use, misuse, storage, or improper care
• Minor surface or aesthetic variation inherent to handcrafted products
• Colour differences or perceived inconsistencies
Due to material behaviour and environmental factors:
• Silicone may present slight variations under different lighting conditions
• Surface finish and texture may vary slightly between units
These are normal characteristics and do not qualify as defects.

5. Defect Assessment
All claims are subject to review.
We reserve the sole and final right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect based on:
• Product specification
• Production tolerances
• Submitted evidence
Where a claim does not meet defect criteria, no replacement or refund will be issued.

6. Non-Returnable Conditions
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons:
• Returned items cannot be accepted under any circumstances
• We do not accept physical returns for inspection
• Claims are assessed based on submitted evidence only

7. Incorrect Orders or Customer Error
Where a product has been manufactured in accordance with the measurements and specifications provided:
• The order is considered fulfilled
• No refund, return, or replacement will be issued
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate prior to purchase.

8. Shipping Issues (Reference Only)
This Returns Policy does not cover shipping-related issues.
All matters relating to:
• Lost shipments
• Delays
• Delivery failures
are governed under our Shipping Policy and Terms & Conditions (Sections 9–11).

Nothing in this Returns Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights where such rights apply under UK law.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:
